The cultural norms in an organization are the behavior patterns that are typically seen. So, SRDC members realized the following shared values and beliefs that is being adopted in behavior by the members and staffs:

• We have “zero” tolerance in the situation of disturbance of social harmony and we will not join hand to work with such organizations and individuals.
• We behave equally to all and our actions are not politically motivated and influenced
• We believe that “every person in community is equally supreme and equally respected” and we behave accordingly
• We have “zero” tolerance to corruption.
• We maintain transparency in our resource use and service delivery.
• We have also “zero” tolerance in all kinds of discrimination
